Subscription Terms and conditions

All Made2Macro customer accounts will be on an automatic charging cycle.  Once you sign up, your account will be automatically charged EVERY Monday.   Once your account is charged, your food will be delivered and there will be no refunds or transfers accepted.  Made2Macro customers are under no contract, just an agreement to have their account on a recurring billing cycle for as long as they choose to have the service.  All cancellations must be submitted 24 to 48 hours prior to the billing day of each week, no later then SUNDAY.  All orders, both new and recurring, will be charged on the upcoming Monday at 3pm.  All changes to future subscriptions, such as a 1 or 2 week HOLD for travel or other reasons, will need to be emailed to  After the Hold period expires, the account will resume with the next upcoming recurring Monday charge and food will resume to be delivered.  Any macro changes or Meal substitutions need to be communicated via no later than Sunday evening of each week.  Customers are required to place their previous delivery bags and ice packs out for pickup each time a new delivery is being made.  There is a $10 fee (per bag) for any un-returned bags and ice packs starting with the second consecutive week of no bags being left out for collection prior to delivery.  After the bag fee has been applied, the customer still needs to return the bag.  All customers unable to leave a bag out for pickup on deliver day, must communicate with us before the actual delivery takes place.  ALL Promotional offers and Discounts come with a minimum 6 week continuous commitment.  Should the customer decide to cancel subscription prior to the full 6 weeks is up, the value of the discount will need to be compensated to Made2Macro prior to cancelling the Membership.  Any issues should be directly communicated to Made2Macro via
